In January, 24 Der Sitzmark members and friends had a great time eating lunch, talking, and playing bocce and asked to do that again. Friday, March 13th we’re planning to meet at The Bocce House in the RIDC Park in O’Hara and all Der Sitzmark members and their friends are invited. Those who plan to eat, drink, and talk at The Bocce House should arrive between 11:30 and 12:30 to have plenty of time to eat and sign up in 4 member teams. We plan to begin playing at 1:00. Playing time should be for a 1-hour session or a 1 1/2-hour session. Want to join us throwing that bigger ball (a little bigger than a baseball) trying to get it the closest to the little ball (golf ball size)? We need to know ahead of time if you want to play bocce so the correct number of courts can be reserved. Directions will be sent closer to the date. Please call or email:
