Road Scholar Best of the Baltics: Treasures of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania

• Explore the unbelievable architecture of Tallinn, Riga and Vilnius as you walk through their Old Towns and historic landmarks with local experts.
• Immerse yourself in the different cultures through musical performances and by meeting local families.
• Learn about the Baltic states’ political, economic and geographical position through fascinating lectures.
• Walking up to 3 miles per day at a moderate pace of 2 mph over uneven, cobblestone streets. Program will require approximately 17 miles of walking over 12 days. Standing up to 2 hours per day. Must be able to use stairs, often without handrails. Portions of this program that are on a bus or motor coach, will include rest stops every 1.5-2 hours. Due to the pacing, unavoidable stairs, and many field trips that cannot be completed with certain mobility devices, wheelchairs and scooters cannot be accommodated on this program. Must be physically capable of participating in all planned program activities.
