OUR ANNUAL PICNIC,,,Was fun for all! Great weather, wonderful food and lots of laughter. A bocce game was added to the old favorites- balloon toss, egg race, etc. Thanks to Bill King for being our MC! Thank you Dot and MaryAnn for all you do!
An Evening at Hartwood Acres Amphitheater
We had a nice group of 18 Der Sitzmark members for the final summer meeting of Der Sitzmark at Hartwood Acres Amphitheater. Even though there was no blue canopy to mark our spot due to one member’s poor memory we found each other at this very crowded concert to eat and talk. The weather was the best we’ve had for these gatherings; not too hot or too cold. Blasey Plays the Beatles was a great concert with many of us quietly singing along as they played a lot of Beatles hits for almost 2 hours. We’ll look forward to seeing next year’s line-up.
