Minutes from our last meeting:

Joe called the meeting to order. 19 members were in attendance.  He said he submitted the tax form required by the state, and receipts for the picnic pavilion and catering would be given to our treasurer. There were complaints about not having a port-o-john at the picnic and he let the township know about it. Patty gave a report on membership dues, that our numbers are not half of what they were last year at this time.  Mary Ann suggested a letter be sent out to those who have not yet paid. (this was sent after the meeting) Bocce Ball is scheduled to begin again.
