Our summer annual picnic catered by Mitch’s Bar-B-Que is on Sunday, August 22 at the Hampton Community Park, Grubbs Pavilion. Picnic starts at 2pm with dinner served at 4pm. There will be music, games, and great door prizes. Bring your extended family. Terry Barr and Dot Easter have organized the Friday, July 30th North Park kayaking, biking, hiking, and lunch outing. We have the Harmony Grove reserved till 11:55pm. Shelter is just past the North Park Boathouse off Pearce Mill Road. Detailed Information was sent by Ron Sarver in “Gathering in North Park” e-mail.
Mary Ann spoke briefly about the Christmas Dublin, Ohio trip and the Jamaica November 7th trip.
John Celender’s February 6th to 11th Sugarloaf trip will be taking reservations and deposits. Mary Ann Sarver is helping John with airline reservations.
Treasurer, Ron Sarver reported that club has $5,041,84 in the bank.
