Mary Ann will be sending an email with a question of how many people would be willing to attend a Christmas party this year. She has to make sure she has enough people interested before finalizing plans with the Hampton Banquet Hall.
Ron said that the picnic cost $300 less this year because not as many people attended. In the last few years we’ve been taking in less money than what we are spending. If we lose membership, we might have to consider raising our membership fee.
Patty Ann is looking for more people to go on the Beaver Creek trip.
Dot Easter is working on plans for a trip to Holiday Valley in January, 2020.
No one at the meeting had any information on what Seven Springs will be doing this year. Will 80 and over still ski free? Hopefully they’ll have some information for us before the next meeting.
Membership for 2020-2021 is due now. Rodney Horner who now lives at Treasure Lake, PA has already sent in his membership and we’re happy to have him and his family back with the club.
