The meeting was held at Middle Road Inn and a modest dinner crowd attended.
Mary Ann Sarver reported on the August Annual Picnic which was covered in last month’s newsletter.
There was discussion on the Annual Christmas Party. No date has been picked for the Hampton Hall because right now they are still closed. Hopefully, something can be worked out.
Patty Ann McLaughlin, Ski Trips Director, still needs more skiers for the Beaver Creek Trip 2021. She was not at the meeting.
Dot Easter is planning a ski trip to Holiday Valley, New York in 2021. Details will follow.

Ron Sarver, Treasurer, reported as of the end of last month: $3,614.04 in the treasury.
The club does not owe any money.
