- Joe Hrason started our meeting informing us that our annual picnic on Sunday, August 9th at Hampton Park will be held at Orchard Link Pavillion. If you would like to swim, let Joe know and he’ll get some swim passes.
Bill King reported on a date change to Friday, September 18th for the Lenzer Bus trip to the Johnstown Flood Museum. More information is coming soon. (see attachment)
WPSC Representative, Judy Neyer, informed us that Council has not yet posted any ski trips this year. (see updated trip info she posted later in this letter)
No finance reports this month. Last month Dick Adams, Treasurer, reported that we don’t owe anyone.
For the Summer Concerts held at Hartwood Acres it was suggested to be there at 5:00 pm this Sunday, Father’s Day to enjoy Yacht Rocket.

Note-Hartwood Acres Update:t Father’s Day was a lovely evening enjoyed by all! Perfect weather, great music, fun watching all the kids and dogs and as always, great chatting with fellow DerSitzmarkers! - July 5: America’s 250th Anniversary Celebration with the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra – the rain stopped so the show went on as scheduled and we enjoyed popcorn, ice cream and more ! The drone show afterwards was breathtaking! Many thanks to the Easters for hosting these fun evenings!
