24 Der Sitzmark members and friends played Bocce in February. We were up to 26 in March. How many players will we have in April? We are scheduled to eat and play at the Bocce House in the RIDC Park on April 24th. Our courts are reserved. Extra staff will be there if we need them to help feed us, beginning after 11:30, and getting us ready to begin playing at 1:00. If you don’t know how to play, lots of us now have a basic understanding of the game and can show you how it’s played. It’s really quite easy to throw the little balls at the smaller ball and have a good time while you’re doing that. But first you must put the 24th of April on your calendar. Then between now and the 22nd of April you need to email me, text me, or call me to let me know you will be joining us so I can be sure to reserve enough bocce courts. I will be sending out one more notice before the 24th in case you forget and I will give you directions and times. So, let me know if you want to join us and play or just come to eat.
